| | Meditation simply means to focus on one thing. Find that place of stillness within yourself. Practice allowing the thoughts of the mind to just drift by as you focus on your breathing or focus on just being in your body or a on a word like 'love' or on the 'sounds' in the room. Yes. Mediation is that simple. Yet it is a discipline that over time can take you to greater depths of your own being. It can raise your vibration so that you feel lighter, freer and happier. It can be used to help you tune in to different planes of existence. Meditation also has many health benefits including reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, slowing down the aging process. It is excellent for helping to clear and let go of negative emotions and to create a mind full of love and light. And as the law of cause and effect dictates that 'what you focus on becomes your world' if you focus on being still your life will become still, if you focus on love your life will become more loving. If you have never meditated before, or you are an expert, or anywhere in between, we have provided a beautiful space for you to practice in. We are currently running drop in meditation sessions each weekSunday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
